Application of Die-Cutting Machines in Product Stickers​

In product sticker processing, die-cutting machines are core equipment for precise forming and efficient production. Whether it’s LOGO stickers for electronic devices, warning stickers for food packaging, or information stickers for daily chemical products, die-cutting machines are needed to cut from base material to finished products.​

Amydor die-cutting machines, with a high precision of ±0.1mm, can accurately cut common sticker materials such as self-adhesive paper, PET, and PVC. They support two modes: full-cut and half-cut. Full-cut completely separates stickers from release paper to meet independent pasting needs; half-cut retains the integrity of release paper for easy single-sheet peeling.​

After used Amydor die-cutting machines to process product stickers, its daily output increased to 12,000 pieces. The stickers have no burrs on the edges and no bubbles when pasted on product surfaces, greatly improving the delicacy of product packaging.
