"Full cut" (cutting label surface layers while keeping release paper intact) is critical for label processing. Amydor die-cutting machine achieves this via principles, processes, and key controls:

Core Principle: "Servo drive + pressure sensing" controls depth. For 3-layer labels (surface + adhesive + release paper), the servo motor adjusts die descent; a sensor stops the die when it touches release paper (avoiding cuts). Sync feed ensures no label deviation.

Standard Process: 1. Select a laser die matching label shape, fix it via positioning pins, and align with the pattern. 2. Input material specs (e.g., 50μm PET + 80g release paper) for auto-recommended 0.3-0.5MPa pressure/150pcs/min speed (fine-tunable). 3. Test cut: increase pressure if uncut, reduce if release paper breaks, slow down for burrs. 4. Start mass production, with regular quality checks.

Key Controls: Match die hardness to materials (e.g., hard dies for PET); adjust pressure in ≤0.05MPa increments; clean base material impurities pre-feed to avoid cutting anomalies.
