Proper maintenance extends the service life of Amydor die-cutting machines and ensures processing precision. Maintenance is divided into daily, weekly, and monthly tasks:

Daily maintenance:

① Turn off the power after work, wipe dust and waste on the equipment surface with a dry cloth to avoid accumulation affecting operation;

② Check if the die edge is worn—slightly worn edges can be polished with an oilstone;

③ Clean debris in the feeding track to ensure smooth material conveying.

Weekly maintenance:

① Add special lubricating oil (use Amydor’s matching oil) to servo motors and transmission bearings;

② Check for damaged wires and loose interfaces;

③ Calibrate the touchscreen and die positioning to ensure precision.

Monthly maintenance:

① Disassemble the die fixture, thoroughly clean residual glue or waste inside;

② Check the elasticity of the creasing component’s pressure spring—replace if elasticity decreases;

③ Contact Amydor after-sales for internal equipment inspection .
