You can earn a lot of money through custom stickers like branded labels, PVC stickers, or contour-cut decals; however traditional die cutting processes are not able to handle all of the custom sticker orders that you might receive in a very efficient manner. If you are refusing sticker orders, it probably is because you are using old technology.

With die-cutting machines, you have to make up a steel die for every shape of sticker you want to create. For small run volumes, the cost to create a die makes the stickers unprofitable, plus it takes a long time to create a die to run a sticker job. Even once you have a die, traditional die-cutting machines do not function well in cutting "half-cuts", which is how stickers are peeled off. In addition, you can have multiple errors occur during traditional die-cutting including shifting of the material, and rough cutting of the material, and errors where the die has cut through the material. All of these issues can waste material and waste time.
Traditional setups are not capable of producing printed designs that match exactly. Custom full-color stickers with printed borders require contour cutting if you want them cut right; manual systems & traditional dies often result in off cuts and hence wasted decals.
Amydor digital die cutters are designed for custom sticker production. With CCD camera automatic registration, the machine will always follow your printed contours with a clean, accurate cut. It can perform a half cut for all self adhesive materials, PVC and Vinyl to enable you to easily peel off your stickers without damaging the backing. No dies required to produce your files, quick file setup, and a wide variety of compatible materials will allow you to process your custom sticker orders quickly and at a good profit.
